Help shape the future of plant metabarcoding with METAPLANTCODE's stakeholder survey

The METAPLANTCODE project is inviting those involved in plant metabarcoding to take part in their newly launched Stakeholder Survey. This initiative aims to better understand the perspectives, interests, and challenges of the diverse community working in this space.
Focusing on optimising plant metabarcoding techniques, METAPLANTCODE seeks to develop best practice recommendations and improve species identification accuracy for biodiversity monitoring across Europe. The insights gathered through the survey will play a key role in shaping the project’s next steps and ensuring its outputs align with the needs of the community.
Participation is open until April 22, 2025, and all responses are anonymous. The survey is a valuable opportunity for the community to help refine and steer the future direction of plant metabarcoding efforts in Europe.
